GNT has introduced a new kosher grape skin extract (GSE) replacement product made from fruits and vegetables. EXBERRY® Shade “Bordeaux” has a grape-purple color and is water-soluble. EXBERRY Shade “Bordeaux” compliments colors associated with flavors such as grape, blueberry, black currant, wildberries, mixed berries, black cherry and other dark berry fruit flavors.
